A Personal Vision
Alber Photography was born from a deeply personal journey. After surviving the Columbine High School tragedy in 1999, I faced over a decade of depression. In my 30s, I discovered photography, and it transformed my life. Capturing the beauty of the natural world helped me find healing, purpose, and joy.
Much of my inspiration comes from Colorado, a place I’m proud to call home. Its rugged landscapes, majestic peaks, and serene valleys have shaped my artistic vision and renewed my connection to the world around me.
My journey would not be complete without the love and support of my wife, Kat, who shares my passion for creativity and connection, and our loyal dog, Boozer, my best buddy and constant companion on life’s adventures. Together, they remind me of the beauty in life’s quiet, everyday moments.
